My father a is land lord we own a small building,and being that I use to work in the real estate sector use to thanks to Covid-19 all Landlords and even my pops are not collecting rents cause people are not working,if there is one thing many folks be it 20 something year olds like myself,immigrants,Jim in rust belt is we got use to gig economy Lyft,Uber,Doordash have made tons of money and basically one crisis trashed gigs and many use gigs for rent too
