funding alone cannot even feed people. it require lots of logistics and qualified manpower. which is not a job of one man.
while no sane person like to fund any business, without profit.
I understand atheist and mushrik people fund some mulla to profit from maligning Islam and Pakistan but where is profit of Malik Riaz in funding some terrorist mulla?
In any case, you should contact the police with all the information you have against malik riaz, otherwise blaming without evidence is not allowed in Islamic belief.
