I live in KL, a city that receives huge rainfall 24/7/365. And not once have I seen anything as such not only in the city center but far flung areas too. It's safe to say KL beats Paris when it comes to drainage.
Sir you are absolutely right.Dumb People ! Every country faces a momentary discomfort whenever this much stormy rain hits it.its quiet normal to have such condition as in urban areas water doesnt gets drained as fast as and as much as it rains down.look at USA,Thailand,Sri lanka.and mostly Bangladesh and India during Monsoon.Alhamdulillah we are lucky that we get monsoon and not get drowned like bengalis and indians do.
