All I said, let me reiterate What evidence have you gathered from your end to come to logical conclusion if Lakvi is guilty or innocent??? I just wanted to know if you followed up on the things that were pointed in the dossiers.

What is new in that? paksitani courts have had a long history of doing that; terrorists being released, the Judge offering tea and samosas to terrorists, or the Judge resigning from service instead of hearing the case, a Judge going on eternal hajj to avoid hearing a case and the lawyer who so lovingly kissed Mumtaz Qadri, the murderer being elevated to the High Court as a judge!

courts/judges have no real power...they just do what they're told...they may even want to do the right thing, but the law is never protected in pakistan...most judges are threatened with consequences if they don’t follow orders...

That , charges filed etc was a silly comment by borubos some that nick guy above.
As of dossier , lolz stop trying to go in circles. When you say your evidences are rock solid ,go read your own gov statememts then why you are asking us??
Btw it was prosecuting lawyers(representimg our gov) job and they had presented their proofs before courts. Not strong so rejected.
I repeat indian gov had claimed and does till date we have provided dossiers strong enough to prosecute lakhvi . I have said enough ,iwont hurt my fingers reiterating same pointover and over again.

He stood up for justice, risking his life. That was kind of stupid, no offense...And most judges realize that risking their lives for justice is not worth it and will never be appreciated anyways, so they just do as they're told...there is no justice system in pakistan...

And i will tell u evidences given against lakhvi.
1.) Kasab's testimony that lakhvi had trained,planned and sent him.
2.)india had alleged that kasab and terrorists were using satellite phones to communicate with lakhvi. Those recorded calls data was given as another proof.
Plz tell me are telephone recordings used as a proof in court of law or not?

These were the super strong proofs.
And yes for the guy who insists how police had filed charges. Kasab had given a written confessional statement.
And also india provided this statement and another letter, it was said that letter was written by kasab to high commission in delhi for visa to india.
So the thing is folks that the confessional statement as well as letter to high commission were written by Pakistani kasab in hindi that is in devanagri script.
Lakhvi and let had so much time on hands that they not only taught kasab hindi accent by hindi script too.

The policeman who got the confessional statement from Kasab knows only hindi. He wrote it down while Kasab was in hospital bed recuperating from his injuries. See the video below.

Oh God! Kasab wrote his confessional statement himself. Woh kabhi theek bhi tau hua tha. Likh sakta tha. And what about letter to high commission?

Btw a very interesting thing to observe in this video.
In the beginning half somewhere the policeman asks him yey sab keu kiya.
So our pakistani punjabi kasab said , 'gareebat bohat thee'. Where on earth the word gareebat is used by urdu punjabi speakers. Kasab meant to say gurbat but his language command was very poor. And his confession clearly showed he is speaking memorized script cuz he used to forget in between and then a few seconds later go on again.
Secondly, after this vvideo came out pakistanis said look his accent is so hindi how on earth is he pakistani, so indians got really wild ,foulmouthed on all social media sites claiming this is partof LET training they teach them accents etc.
Bloody hell, the man from his own mouth is claiming i am pakistani,he is taking lakhvis name,making an india accent will do him what good. For gods sake he is saying himself he is a pakistan.
Then most importantly,when the policeman asked ab yey kaam kar kay kahn janay walay thay, then kasab says ,marnay wala tha,unhon nay kaha tha martay jao till you get killed. So if lakhvi etc train these ppl to go on missions from where they should never return and they have to get killed, so would these ppl be bloody mad that they will be giving accent trainings?

And policemans urdu was somuch better than kasab's

I have to admit that it is going very slow. They have interviewed some 40 key witnesses out of 255 listed. Prime accused Swami Aseemanand got bail from punjab high court for lack of evidence for samjhauta express blast but he has cases pending in two other blasts, so, he is unlikely to come out of jail any time soon.

Likewise, Lakhvi is unlikely to get out of jail anytime soon. He's been held every time he's gotten bail, for a wide variety of charges. Even if he does get out, he won't stay out for long, nor will he be let of sight from the authorities.

These cases can take years, if not a decade to come to a close. 9/11 is a prime example of this, as none of the cases have actually come to completion. Patience is needed here, and any attempt to seem morally superior from either side is foolish.

Why should we?? You didnt even allow pak officials meeting with kasab which weakend the case. What was the fear.
And read your own gov statements they had said our provided dossier evidences are so strong that lakhvi cannot escape due punihment,then how on earth indian gov could bloody ask us to gather evidences , Plz tell me?

Voice evidence doesnt hold valid in courts of law as far as my knowledge goes.
Secondly, you didnt get voice samples??? And yet your gov said evidences are strong?? So explain how?

You need to change your title, if the court ordered his release, then the prosecutors failed to provide compelling evidence to prove that he was the masterminded behind that. In my opinion that was a false flag op by indian intelligence agencies.
