Lahore , Amritsar and kashmir are safest place in case of Indo-pak nuke war??

Sometimes I use to think that if war happens between India and Pakistan in future , it will not be conventional war but nuke war for 99% sure.
But the question is which cities are most safest city to stay in both countries??
I'm from Mumbai which is very sweet and soft target in case of nuke war in future same as Karachi is soft target for India in Pakistan.
So which cities are safest in case of nuke war??
How about Lahore for Pakistan and Amritsar for India?
Distance between these cities are less than 50km. So if you nuke Lahore then you automatic nuke Amritsar too bcz of radiation .Half of Amritsar generation will be destroyed too if India nuke Lahore. Same case with Pakistan. If Pakistan nuke Amritsar , it will kill Lahore too. So both countries will hesitate to nuke these cities.
So it makes Lahore and Amritsar most safest cities in nuke war.
Kashmir- Kashmir is also safest place in India for a particular reason and you know it well.
But at the same these places are most soft target in a conventional war too.
My Question is what do you think which cities are most safest in your country to stay in case of nuke war??

Most riskiest would be capital cities Islamabad and Delhi, then will come the financial hubs Mumbai and Karachi, then it will be MAD any which ways. In a nuclear conflict between India and Pakistan if any major city you would wish to be would be Chennai (Farthest from the conflict zone).

I don't think Chennai is safe as well. Chennai is too in range of Pakistani nuke missiles from Arabian sea.

North -East.. Mountains won't stop radiation but reduce the effect of blast... Sp ypu won't die from blast.. Get yourself some good cave and a anti radiation kit and you will be safe.

Lol i would really like to read that news too... Because one can't nuke sikh separately as punjab is 40% non sikh.. And dalits live all over india.
