Exactly, the civilian were asked to leave. They went through a vetting process to make sure militants were not mixed up in the civilians. The civilians were registered and kept in camps until they were allowed to go back. Just read old news reports or google.

Your Checkpoints were on the outskirts of the cities, you army dared not enter these areas, before they were sufficiently softened by airstrikes and artillery barrages, So how do you know, they were no civilians left in the city before the bombing started?

Don't worry buddy, what goes around will definitely come around. If our forces are doing something eternally wrong, they will eventually have to pay (just the the major general and few officers punished couple of weeks back by our court) and even more. You have been there, so what ? Civilians who died yesterday in Kashmir, died because they did not listen to authorities and barged into an active encounter site and got hit by unexploded ordanace that caught fire.

Similarly your civilians who died in North Wazirstan, died because they did not evacuate their homes, before the dead line of your operation.

The worst part, in India atleast we know, how many civilian got killed, there is wide scale media coverage. In Pakistan you people have no idea, how many civilians you ended up killing, when you carpet bombed your whole cities. And what is even worse is that none of you want know.
