My Question to all Pakistanis, here, whether they belong to any political party is simple.

Why did India quote NS statement regarding 26/11 in ICJ, when it was irrelevant to the case???

The case is about Kulbhushan Jadhav, right? Then Why mentioning of something which is out of context and Any court, & i repeat any court will reject all material which is

1- A media report or an interview to the media by ANYONE, AND ICJ is no different and ICJ has done that in the past.

2- Any material which is not related to the case.

Then Why?? Why India will do such a thing.

Almost all of the Pakistanis including myself noted that after Pulwama happened and Indian threats to Pakistan, the majority nation/people (regardless of their political affiliation or differences) became united, and responded to Indian threats as ONE, yes there are some exceptions but very few. In fact the people who still were politicising matters were getting isolated.

Then Why?

Why India did that.

Thats because India knows that PTI & PMLN are two of the biggest parties of Pakistan, followed/voted by millions, thats because India knows there is very severe animosity & differences exist btw PTI & PMLN, and before any misadventure Indians want to exploit that and take benefit, by dividing Pakistani Nation.

We should be alarmed to enemy designs, beware the enemy we are dealing with is coward indeed, but very clever (history proves it).

It was of no surprise that India had to rely upon Nawaz statement, in ICJ which is totally irrelevant to the case itself. Furthermore, same argument has been rebutted in reply that Nawaz is declared liar & proven dishonest by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan. I am sure, learned counsel will be well aware that ICJ can't refuse the Judgment. Nawaz lied to the Nation on Floor, lied in the Court & lied to the public as well. All these are called lies because on every occasion, Nawaz has been contradicting his own words. How come one forgets that Nawaz himself admitted his concocted Assembly Statement before the Court which is on record. Too late for India to rely upon something which is not their own plea.

India reached ICJ for Kulbhushan & not to prove Pakistan whatever Delhi used to claim. Currently, Indian side is confused to prove that whether he is Kulbhushan or Hussein Mubarak Patel then comes the argument whether he is innocent or not. India actually, gave herself and caught in manipulation. There is too much for India that can't runaway from the case. These statements & other blames, are not part of proceedings. It's too late & wrong place to do that.

Agreed. Unity is the need of hour.

Division is weakness, Unity is strength.

When Imran said as per video he had no value and not being PM or anything else so his word has no value.
