we need a proper forensic laboratory to investigate and re-generate the crime scene.. as @wasm95 said, probably he has put his suggestion in the kpk police website by now, right, Wasim?

next step to setup Special branch of Police and set up Electronic Interception/monitoring equipments. It take time to request IB or ISI to do that in kidnapping cases.

Good stuff next step should be non bribe-able people who wont skew evidence or "make it disappear"

I think KPK government should set up a specialist anti corruption unit operating within the police system but independent of the local police chiefs. This will allow it act without any hindrance from any corrupt officers.

I mean, corrupt police are perhaps the biggest reason for unsolved crimes.
