This stupid notion should not be mentioned on such forums. RSS hindus want to annex Pakistan and u ppl use same language about Afghanistan. How can we claim to be any different then? Also its not possible to take over Afghanistan, 3 suoerpowers tried and failed, wat makes u think u can?

I am not saying to take over by force. Neither are other members from what I can see. We need to have a peaceful unification or federation. An Afghanistan free of malicious Indian involvement, and freedom for Afghans freedom of movement to go as far as the coast of Pakistan. It is a win win for both sides.

The current situation where illegals pour in and Pakistan state is powerless to do anything is not going to work anymore.

I don't believe PTI government has the ability to repatriate Afghans. The PTI government is trying to appease and negotiate peace talks between US and Taliban. Sending back Afghan refugees in the middle of talks becomes a counterproductive move in such a given scenario. We also have local and international libtard NGOs ready to malign anyone who takes the initiative to repatriate Afghans. The latter is a lesser problem to deal with, but nonetheless a minor obstacle.

Additionally, the Afghan refugees are big business for both NGOs and other actors involved. Each stakeholder profits from their presence in Pakistan. Governments and organizations dole out funds for Afghan refugees. A lot of these funds are basically bribe money to keep the local actors hush. In other words, the money ends up in the pockets of a few individuals. That is lucrative business. The profiteers would never want this easy money to stop.

There are other reasons too, but in my opinion these are some of the major explanations.
