If Pakistan was using IL-78, then they would have bought the planes by now.

Just like they purchased the tankers and the 100+ RD93 engines for JF-17 so as to be immune from any political mess.

well awacs look great on IL 78 even more than boeing i hope pakistan also chooses IL 78 with more chaff flares on it

Well sir..the Il 78 is the Tanker version of the Baseline Il 76...the Awacs version is called as the A 50 on which the Phalcon radar is mounted for the IAF.
