he wasnt even a good soldier, and his commanding officer in burma reprimanded him for tactical timidity. he wasnt supposed to be C-in-C, another major general was, who miraculously died. in what way you ask? a plane crash. we have too many of those in our history. the blame also rests with timid politicians of the 1950s who granted him extension after extension when his tenure as C-in-C was over in 1954.

Cause even our politicians want to be dictators

That whole 50s political elites had no vote bank in west Pakistan so they had to rely on millitary to stay in power instead of relying on true democracy as far as WP is considered

- KPK pro ANP Congress allies
- Punjab - unionist stronghold which only turned pro- ML in the 46 election
- Sindh - only pro-ML province outside of bangali who LAK alienated by dissolving the assembly, replacing the CM

When civillians themselves are not democratic in nature - how the hell would they help establish democracy in Pakistan

except that post liaquat ali khan, it was malik ghulam muhammad who was calling the shots and not elected representatives. and then iskander mirza.

Only one question. Why was he not a "ghaddar-e-azam" when PML/NS were sent packing home? Why is this question being asked now?

Selective criticism seldom solves problems. If people claim here that NS was sacked by the SCP then one can make the same argument that it was the parliament that removed IK.

Objectively, I don't think Bajwa has done any "ghaddari" (no more than any other CoAS) with the country. If you are suggesting that he is a "ghadder" on account of helping displace a democratic government, then there are countless CoAS, CJP and politicians who are guilty of the same. He perhaps may be considered a namak-haram by IK/PTI for betraying their cause though.
