Yeah, a proper psychopath, and those atrocities are being carried out in the modern world by the Western "democracy" spreading countries in various degrees. This is just sick and does not surprise me. They had statues of this monster all over the place until recently. I'm sure Belgians are wildly proud of him and his works. Why else would they erect statues?

Churchill did kill quite a few million folks around the world. But you forgot to read the question of the image....it says "Which dictator killed the most people?"...

I know understanding English is not your forte but Churchill wasn't a dictator.....otherwise Genghis Khan would be on that list also. Mao however was a dictator and thus he's on the list. We can debate how many millions he killed but he still killed enough to be at the top.

You could argue that failing to protect your own people from invaders is just as bad as failed economic policies.

The question asked is which dictator killed the most people....they're all dictators and they all killed quite a lot of folks, whatever their means, doesn't matter. People still died under their rule.
