it is quoting an indian army colonel, also describing how during a search operation a house was demolished and killed 4 kashmiri villagers,
and since there is a curfew and ban on communication in your side, how do you expect to know the truth,

If you believe every news put up by your media then what can I say. Few posts back you were yammering about some UN law violation on cluster bombs. This was put up by Pak media while it was just a propaganda.
Indian army Major don't speak directly to media, it's DGMO that does the media part.
Nobody was killed yesterday, there was no encounter operations. Ban on communication was put up just 3 hours back, no communication of an encounter was conveyed by anyone other than radiopak propaganda.

Section 35a and 370 are being abrogated. Modi is spooked by Trump's recent cozying up with Imran and exclusion from parleys with Taliban in Qatar. Since the US cannot be counted on for support, Modi wants to act decisively whilst Pakistan is on its knees economically and parliamentary arithmetic remains in his favour.

I don't know why you want to justify your media without confirmation. Even Kashmiris own propaganda news agency have nothing about death of 7 Kashmiris in 4th August. Hence I said it is Pak propaganda source.
Now you can believe whatever you want.
