The only countries that can really tip the balance of each other in a war are Russia , US and China and US is all alone.

Just because India can't compete with NK you think China must have helped, what a bad conclusion by you.NK developing such an ICBM on her own without any help/input from China is next to impossible...... this is surely scaled down version of DF41....
Disarmament of NK and keeping these missiles permanently in some peaceful countries is need of an hour.....
Don't forget N.Korea is also a strong ally of Russia, many of its military capabilities might be from Russia.

Just say India already lmaoNK developing such an ICBM on her own without any help/input from China is next to impossible...... this is surely scaled down version of DF41....

Meaningful pointersQuite possible but I think NK is more close to China as an ally and I doubt Russia Inspite of being ally would provide NK with lethal like this ICBM......
We have Agni 5 missile..... who knows it's really 5000 kms or 12000 kms..... maybe 5000 kms is shown to avoid sanctions......

Why is that every Ziono poodles think every other country gets help to produce weapons and you never give credit where it is due. The laughable thing is that the whole US Nuke and space program is based on German innovation. You wont credit CHina for providing the help to make this happen? we already know NK cant produce these things alone, NO WAY.

Seriously dude, are you blinded by that much nationalism that you can't see the truth? :-Really, the US copied the Nazi nuke and space program and made an atom bomb and launched a rocket before Germany? The first rocket was launched in 1926 by the US and not Germany.
The only thing laughable is your ignorance.
what proper ballistic missiles can do

Why the U.S. Government Brought Nazi Scientists to America After World War II
As the war came to a close, the U.S. government was itching to get ahold of the German wartime technologywww.smithsonianmag.com
Doesn't Russia use Sarmat which is liquid fueled and modern?A liquid fueled North Korean ballistic missile is useless. It will take half a day to fuel the damn thing. If by some miracle the thing doesn't explode on the ground and doesn't erroneously guide towards Shanghai.
German scientists did assist America in developing a spaceflight and ballistic program, Wernher Von Braun comes to mind off the top of my head.Seriously? you do know that the first atom bomb was dropped on Japan during WWII in 1945 and not after.
Nazi Germany only got as far as a dirty bomb in Thüringia. They never achieved chain reaction.
The Germany idea of an Atom bomb was blowing up Plutonium with chemical explosives.
What did German scientists know?
Over the years, several authors have concluded that Heisenberg and his colleagues did not understand how an atomic bomb would work. These authors include the physicist Samuel Goudsmit, who in 1947 published the results of a US Army investigation – entitled Alsos – into Germany’s bomb effort. The historian Paul Lawrence Rose came to the same conclusion in his 1998 book Heisenberg and the Nazi Atomic Bomb Project 1939-1945. These critics argue that the German scientists did not understand the physics of a nuclear-fission chain reaction, in which fast neutrons emitted by a uranium-235 or plutonium nucleus trigger further fission reactions. Both Goudsmit and Rose also say the Germans failed to realize that plutonium can be a nuclear explosive.
