As part of a “fair deal”, the US should also denuclearize.
Fair means you lose I win for the West.Yep nukes will be removed from South Korea. Sorry that’s as far as it goes.

Kim made the wrong decision, he should have take lesson from Saddam's fate...Once North Korea denuclearized US will bombard it to hell.
US will never forget NK's rhetoric , after denuclearisation US leadership will definitely bring the ' humane right ' and ' democracy ' agenda to the table following the regime change agenda . Whoever forget about the fate of Qaddafi . After give up his arms , US paid him the prize , he learned about US friendship by the cost of his life and his country .Kim made the wrong decision, he should have take lesson from Saddam's fate...Once North Korea denuclearized US will bombard it to hell.

Rubbish and hogwash..Actually...Bullshit.
There is NOTHING Kim can do now to prevent US from bombing NKR 'to hell'. The fact that the US is ready for a military solution is why Kim had to come to the negotiating table. China can spin the event any way she want, but the reality is that the US played China and everyone from Asia to Europe knows it. Currently, NKR's nuclear ballistic missile program is not matured enough to be an immediate threat to US. It is a THEORETICAL threat, but not an OPERATIONAL threat. Do you understand?
A theoretical threat is exactly what the word 'theoretical' implies -- some time in the future. On the other hand, an operational threat is when we have to formulate actual responses down to the unit level, like the ICBM units where missileers are stationed in silos and practices their launch procedures on a regular basis.
The fact that our current responses to a nuclear missile attack came from the Cold War and that we -- via Trump -- are making credible threat of a conventional preemptive military strike against NKR's nuclear program is what prompted Kim to final realize how weak NKR really is and how helpless is China in terms of alliances. We do not need to bomb NKR 'to hell'. The country is already there. We just need to pacify NKR and let it be a millstone around China's neck.
