The Shareefs are the most misunderstood family by the new generation. The late main Shareef was a conservative person. Even now many in the family are hafiz e Quran. They never advertise their charitable work which runs into billions since the 80s. They never miss Namaz, Umra , darood mahafils and quran khawaniz.

B- they are not given their due share within sindhs budget so blaming others is BS, Sindh gets NFC award on per Capita basis more than anyother province (btw only province to be going back on some indicators, most sub Saharan African countries have become better than interior Sindh)- so don't know where that money is going not in urban or rural Sindh) and yes you do get it - listen to Qasir Bangalis podcast, guy himself negotiated NFC award for Sindh so he would know

For resources you're supposed to get royalty, there's a whole mechanism for it and provincial budgets reflect royalty money- read em or thier summary
