Khalistan is our Destination, American Sikh Leaders (Video, Language ; Punjabi)

To me Khalistan movement is dead. If we want to break India the fault line has to be tinkered with from the southern India. We can't gain anything from Punjab.

Quaid e Azam proven right yet again.

Baba e Qom warned Sikhs about incorrigble hindus but Tara Singh took words of Nehru for truth and thought Glow of Freedom would be theirs too... Wrong!

No Sikh leader signed on the Gangu Consituition and left in protest. Then faced 1984.

We, Paks, don't mind a buffer state but we are not going to be taken for a ride again!!!

Tara singh wasn't only one who took words of Nehru and later his nation paid price of his idiocy,Sheikh Abdullah of Kashmir beats him on this by huge margin. He took words of Nehru as truth and rest is history.

No happening. As a race, the sikhs are too inferior and pathetic to create their own homeland.
except for the fact that they are not one race. their membership includes from the Brahman caste right down to Shudra and all in-between. however they are almost as bad as arya smaaj when it comes to caste/race based discrimination, all that equality preached/feigned by the overseas khalistanis is not all what it is claimed to be

Couldn't give a flying f**k what they are. The fact is that the sikhs are a worthless, pathetic, unknown and useless community on the world stage. They mean nothing. Lower than insects.

Is that your scare tactic?
Khalistani Sikhs will have visa-free entry to all their religious places in Pakistan. We just signalled that in a big manner, only you people are idiots to not understand it.

OK, but Khalistan also includes Pak's Punjab

Quaid e Azam and Allama Iqbal were two of the greatest visionaries of the last century they were able to look beyond the veiled sweet talks of Gandhi/Nehru that peaceful existence in a united India will not be possible for Muslims, movements like "Shudhi Sangton" would have been enough to open the eyes of anyone unfortunately it wasn't true for Sikhs as well ans most of the Mulla led groups in India. Master Tara Singh wasn't the only one but his shortsightedness did put sikhs at a distant disadvantage and the community is paying the price for following such a shortsighted leader. Same goes to those Muslims who decided to follow the mulla and stay in India.

Throughout human history extremist Govts/regime exhibit oppression, fascism. Human nature does not tolerate a long term oppression and thus resistance is seen, starts from one small incidence and then it spreads rapidly. Due to rise of BJP/RSS led resurgence of extremist ideologies unfortunately what used to be India's greatest strength has now become its greatest weakness and that is ethnic diversity.

Khalistan movement on one hand is a Sikh community dream for decades but I don't really see a majority demand by Sikhs in general with the exception of occasional demands by the Sikhs living abroad, so to me its more like a pipe dream or wishful thinking of some Pakistanis. Separatist movements in south-east and north east India or for that matter Kashmir have different dynamics as compared to Khalistan.

I mean I wont mind a khalistan but in reality I don't see it happening anytime soon, there is no popular separatist movement in that direction, minority yeas but no majority.

As for claims on west Punjab, well Aghands have a claim on KPK, just like mexico's claim on California and new mexico, or Argentina's claim on Falkland Island, I usually say the bridge between wishful thinking/expectations and reality is called experience (in this case it should be replaced with military might and ground realities).

In our case of Punjab it was never a Sikh majority are it has always been been predominantly Muslim majority for at-least the last 700 years.

If I were asked to support Khalistan movement I would just pass on the opportunity with a smile. A wise/cunning enemy is still better than an idiot friend (something like that)
