Sikhs population is just 3-3.5 crore in India and they enjoy many top positions in govt. jobs, not just in military. Very unlikely that they will rise against the India with all the perks and privileges.

And even if Khalistan is formed...India will still be a huge powerful country of 132 crore people and now a more menacing enemy of Pakistan with no hold barred.

And the brownie points for Pakistan after Khalistan is formed is Zero, Zilch...what do we get.

Sikh's in Indian Punjab account for a little over 50% while Hindus around 40%. If Khalistan was to become a reality per the wet dreams of Pakistanis which according to Sikhs include both East & West Punjab, y'all should either be willing to governed by Sikhs or vacate

Read up the other posts on this thread by your fellow pakistani brethren for a reality check on the feasibility of carving out khalistan outta India. I can understand what you're saying but Sikhism is in NO WAY built on hatred of Islam nor Muslims. Sikhs have high regard for Muslim saints. Do you know the foundation stone of the Golden Temple in Amritsar was laid by Hazrat Mian Mir ? He was invited by the Sikhs themselves to do so as they considered him a holy man.

Going by your narrative, Punjab is among the smallest states in India with the entire Sikh population being 1.7% in India and a lil over 50% in Punjab. Apart from Sikhs enjoying some of the highest positions in the Indian govt, military, several public & private sector positions apart from thriving businesses...middle & lower middle class Sikhs are recently migrating to Canada, Italy, Spain in significant numbers. Contrary to your belief, I found several Indian Sikhs to be more pro-India than several sects of Hindus...no wonder they are a major contributor to the armed forces
