lipstick of course can be universally understood... it provides beauty enhancement.

of course the color must suit the face and no ridiculous color must be used ( orange, purple etc ).

so, how does a painted finger add to a lady's attractiveness?? it is not even visible most of the time.

i don't see how painted finger nails can be considered attractive.

well here in Pakistan women are struggling for getting original Loeral and Revlon even Maybiline as the market is flooded with chinese copies even at the most reputed outlets
