This is not a sensible answer.
Out of fleet of 2 subs, both are in repair yards. Considering the track record, its safe to assume that once IN will operate 12 nuclear subs, then atleast 10 of them will prefer to stay in repair yards in stead of open sea.

But Indian Navy's performance in the past few years did give lots of credibility to his account. Post #25 sums up nicely. Sure you can always pretend they are FAKE.
