Drones ain't stoppin what ever opinion comes. But Pakistan doesn't realise that these drones attacks are creating serious unrest in those parts of the country. If nothin done its only gonna get worst for the country's integrity.

The is an opinion piece, there are many contradicting reports Kerry promising stopping drone attacks.

What Mr. Kerry means is that the drone attacks will stop - of course! - but only when USA is good and ready and done with them on its own terms.

Why does Pakistan want the drones to stop? Some one has to do something about the terrorists within Pakistan which it refuses to do something about.

The day Afghans learn to control their own country instead of inviting others and fighting within themselves , it will surely do wonders for the whole region . Your lot , should be the last of people talking about terrorism and militancy with a coalition of 53 countries occupying Afghanistan and its neighbor having more influence than the Kabul-only Govt .

Drones have been used for HVTs exclusively from the start. They are not resources for general warfare.

If Kerry promised more drones against the right target I would have been very pleased. The right target for us Pakistanis is the TTP led by Hakimullah Mehsud. If these drones targeted these top terrorists which we want eliminated then they would do a great service to us Pakistanis.

Instead the drones focus on Bahawal Khan, Haqqani, Hekmatyar, Gulbuddin Bahadur and other groups of militants which do not pose as much threat to Pakistan. The real enemy for Pakistan is the TTP. We should work towards their utter elimination.

It is worth noting that most senior Pak Taliban members have been killed by US drones including Hakimullah Mehsud.

And so are the innocent Pakistani citizens who had nothing to do with this war.

Drone strikes have been very effective in taking out Taliban and Al Qaeda terrorists from FATA.

Infact they have ran out of targets.

Now these animals have moved to Balochistan and are conducting terrorist attacks against religious minorities.

And so are the innocent Pakistani citizens who had nothing to do with this war.

The "innocent" civilians killed by USA drone strikes are a very, very small fraction of the total of innocent civilians who have been killed by indigenous Pakistani jihadists. Get your priorities straight. The USA is not the real enemy. the anti-Pakistani-State jihadists are.
