Not this much high charges for such short distance!!

I think the charges would be at par as it is decided by NHAI........ ..... I have drove down from cochin to chennai and happened to travel on cab from cochin to bangalore, the toll rates are more or less same......Though i do not know how they decide on the rates, some stretch the charges are high and some are less...... But i think the minimum distance between toll is 70 km (i am not sure)

For Kerala, it is too much..most of the places it is 20-30 for cars.

While saritha stolen the show...... There are several good things happened in this last 5 years.....

1) Cochi Metro
2) Vizhinjam port - work started
3) Kannur airport - Work in progress
4) Smart city
5) T 3 in CIAL (almost complete)
6) 2 flyovers in cochin (palarivattom, edappally)
7) Work started for vyttila and kundannur flyover

Ommachan and babu is on an inauguration spree ........

This may not be directly connected to State govt, but today we have the best road in kerala .... Ie Walayar to Vadakkancheri........ and was surprised to see the way work is progressing on wadakkancheri to mannuthi streach..... The way things are going they will complete it with in 6 months (barring the tunnel to cross kuthiran)
