മലയാള ഭാഷയ്ക്കും തമിഴ്നാട്ടില്‍ നിരോധനം.

നാഗര്‍കോവില്‍ : ഹിന്ദിയോടുള്ള തമിഴരുടെ വിരോധം ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഇടം പിടിച്ച ഒന്നാണ്.ഹിന്ദിക്കെതിരെ വന്‍ പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങള്‍ നടന്ന ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനമാണ് തമിഴ് നാട്. സ്വന്തം ഭാഷയോടുള്ള അന്ധമായ ആരാധനയും അത് മുതലെടുക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരുടെ ഇടപെടലുമാണ് അവിടെ ഭാഷ ഒരു മുഖ്യ പ്രശ്നമായി മാറുവാന്‍ കാരണം.

എന്നാല്‍ ഹിന്ദിക്ക് പിറകെ തമിഴകത്ത് മലയാളത്തിനും നിരോധനം വന്നിരിയ്ക്കുന്നു. തമിഴ്‌നാട്ടില്‍ ജീവിക്കുന്ന ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് മലയാളികളുടെ മാതൃഭാഷാപഠനത്തിന് വിരാമമിട്ടുകൊണ്ടാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവിറക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. 2015 മുതല്‍ ഒന്നാംഭാഷയായി മലയാളം പഠിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാന്‍ അനുമതി നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന അറിയിപ്പ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന കരുണാനിധി 2006 ല്‍ നിയമമാക്കിയ നിര്‍ബന്ധിത തമിഴ്ഭാഷാപഠനനിയമങ്ങളാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ മലയാളികളുടെ ഭാഷയെ ഇവിടെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നത്. ഭരണഘടന വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഭാഷാന്യൂനപക്ഷ സംരക്ഷണം പാടെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്ന മട്ടിലാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഉത്തരവ്.1956 ല്‍ ഭാഷാസംസ്ഥാന രൂപവത്കരണത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് തമിഴ്‌നാടിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ത്തീര്‍ന്ന കന്യാകുമാരി, കോയമ്പത്തൂര്‍, നീലഗിരി ജില്ലകളില്‍ ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് മലയാളികളാണ് താമസിച്ചുവരുന്നത്. കന്യാകുമാരി ജില്ലയില്‍ വിളവങ്കോട്, കല്‍ക്കുളം, അഗസ്തീശ്വരം താലൂക്കുകളിലാണ് മലയാളികള്‍ വ്യാപിച്ചുകിടക്കുന്നത്.

ഇവിടത്തെ മലയാളികളുടെ മാതൃഭാഷാപഠനവും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാനുള്ള അവകാശവും അടുത്ത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വര്‍ഷത്തോടെ പൂര്‍ണമായും നിലയ്ക്കും. വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പുതന്നെ ഒരുകൂട്ടം മലയാള അധ്യാപകരെ തമിഴ് അധ്യാപകരായി മാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ട് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന്നു. മലയാളികള്‍ക്ക് മാതൃഭാഷാപഠനം മാത്രമല്ല തൊഴിലും നിഷേധിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് സത്യം. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടത്തുന്ന അധ്യാപക പരീക്ഷയില്‍ മലയാളം പഠിച്ചവരെ ആരെയും വിജയിപ്പിക്കുകയോ അധ്യാപകരായി നിയമനം നല്‍കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. തമിഴ് നാട്ടില്‍ മലയാളികള്‍ ഈ ദുരവസ്ഥ നേരിടുമ്പോഴും കേരളത്തില്‍ തമിഴ്ഭാഷാപഠനത്തിന് അയിത്തം കല്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. പഠനസഹായം നല്‍കി തമിഴില്‍ ഗവേഷണത്തിനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങളും കേരള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നല്‍കുന്നുണ്ട്.
