Keloid on chest

Assalamualaikum
I've got a keloid the size of a fist on my chest. It doesn't hurt nor does it hinder any movement.
Is it going to hinder in my medical test for Pak Army?
PS: the keloid is not a result of an injury, it just "developed" on my chest over the years.
