Kejriwal 'forgets' to salute national flag

Anybody who thinks he just forgot to do it is naive. You don't require a protocol to salute the National flag that too during special event of National significance. The act of saluting the national flags happens naturally if you truly love your Country by heart you don't need to have a bloody protocol for that. Anyways He is a self confessed Anarchist so he is just acting out of his nature.
