Officially Declared - $6-7 Billions + (min) $2-3 on nuclear forces (as per many reports) = APPROX. $10 Billions!

Sir I meant 10 Billion + Extra (for nuclear). Pakistan Army needs atleast this much to be STRONG
And every year they should increase it by 30% annually so that in the next 10 years they can match Indian Army man to man and Dollar to Dollar.
