Obviously, lootiya member of lootiya league wouldn't see anything in special in a case where more than 200 children were GANG RAPED, FILMED, BLACKMAILED, and VICTIMIZED and that too under protection of Police created by 20 years of good governance. Once someone tried too complaint, they were threatened further because Lootiya MPA of Lootiya league is overseeing it all.

And what deflection? It didn't happen in KPK and SHE needed to deflect (like KPK assembly did for APS when comparing Kasur).
