That's what some of these Kashimiri students who are part of the lame duck Hurriyat Conference in Kashmir are doing. This in spite of scores of free scholarships that the Indian government is dishing out to them!!

And by the way, AJK University in Pak Administered Kashmir has just THREE vacancies for scholarships as they can't afford more!! And they're inviting students from Kashmir for studies??? Who's going to pay for their education? Nawaz Sharif ji? Damn! He avoids even paying his own taxes!! Jeeez!
