If that is the case then every part of India is disputed cause you have so many insurgency groups all across India. Tibet is part of China there is no dispute about that.

Xinjiang and Tibet are pretty peaceful now and those two regions are developing really fast. beside, those are Chinese provinces,they are not disputed land, but Kashmir is a different story, it's not Indian land.

Same with Kashmir it is an Integral part of India and is ratified as per UN treaty.

BTW I didn't mention Xinjiang. Wonder why you mentioned it. I'm sure the Pakistanis take offence.
