what form of govt or political system they decide is immaterial to solution. Thats their internal affairs. Its like saying they will all wear dhoti kurta or paint their roads green. What does it got to do with other stakeholders (namely India and pak).
All such solutions (in which kashmir will be a soverign state) is under umbrella term azadi.

No solution till the armed support from Pakistan is stopped. Moreover there is no resolution till the movement is on the basis of religion. India already has its own share of misery because of political settlement based on religion. India cannot risk it again.

Another solution, if Kashmir can not stay with India, that will justify that Muslims can not stay with India...In that sense, all Muslims needs to go either BD or Pakistan...If that is the case, i do not mind giving Kashmir to Pakistan...I can see that majority of Muslims are silently inclined to give Kashmir to Pakistan....Think about this solution too..

Are you sure?? It is a news for me....When did Kashmir was independent?? Post indepence, it is just a puppet issue used by Pakistan to be used against India??? If Pakistan is so serious, why not Pakistan itself making Kashmir from his part as an independent nation and start the precedence??
