Perhaps, the last survey I remember seeing on this was from 2012, which suggested 37% of just the ethnic Baloch in Balochistan supported independence, and the Pashtun of Balochistan, which are the second largest ethnic group, that support for independence was only 12%.

And that is where economic development and involvement in a political process needs to be encouraged. Of course, Balochistan is not an internationally recognized dispute so Pakistan has time (and the fact that the majority do not support independence from Pakistan) in its favor. Not so the case in J&K.
