there should be a new resolution in UN,
to make possible free and fair referendum on both sides of kashmir, whether they want to go with India, Pakistan or want to have a separate state...
The old resolution become bogus as no one will imply it, india will not reduce Military and **** will not leave Azad Kashmir.
Referendum should be done under surveillance of UN, and result must be accepted by All Parties.
