The strategy is simple, from now on they will make attacks of lower intensity, and create panic in the valley, which would ultimately hamper tourism and business in the valley. In short terrorism would continue in the valley.

Tommorrow if they come to Jantar Mantar or in Srinagar for strike and protest GoI would be in deep trouble .After all they have hohos across the border to magnify their vaning voice in international platform.
If they do that publicly they will take that democratically .Unfortunately we have liberal guys and medias from other parts of India to support them

And we dont know whether these new GoI start their campaign.
After all we have a offensive defensive guy as our NSA.
If there is no govt hand in this Indian intelligence will take steps to end this .Otherwise it will be similar to Ikhwanis.

In somesense that is good to us it will confirm our claims of terrorism in Kashmir.

These guys are scum no doubt but they have laid down their arms and chosen to become a part of society and thus deserve the full protection of the Indian state. The rule of law is paramount and this kind of vigilantism is dangerous, I hope the police catch these culprits as soon as possible.

In NE states Congress worked on that principles but today ex-terrorists are political leaders over there and they are the one who are causing even bigger menace by giving those terrorists a political protection. They are very corrupt too and don't let the funds released by government to percolate to society thereby helping in whipping anti-national sentiments.

Let government of the day take it's decision , they are better informed and ever better placed to take better decision.

But Kashmir doesn't have oil wells so I guess west won't be interested in selling weapons. Neither does India has pours border like Syrian Turkey border. Nor are the Kashmiries fathers willing to sacrify their daughters for comforting foreign mujahid.

No oil.

No sex slave.

No abandoned ammo depos.

No freedom of movement across borders.
