so you found no instance of India bullying a neighbour for ANY LAND UNDER OTHER countries control.

as for your question, why did others not have to acquire nuclear weapons? did India attack any of them.
So Pakistan acquiring weapons is not due to India bullying as India never BULLIED Pakistan for Pakistan's part of Kashmir.

This Pakistani Brigadier is sounding as if Pakistani Army liberated one third of J&K from India. Some illusion and silly peddling. I have seen young Pakistani guys parroting this line iun many other forums. Ignorance can be such a bliss. But the day they learn the actual history, it would break their heart.

Pakistan infact gave away J&K terrorities to China to keep them by their side.

And India liberated 2/3rd of J&K from Paksitani Tribes and Soldiers in the guise of Tribes. The rapes & mayhem & plunder in 1947 is well documented. Kashmiri People rose against the invaders and with the help of Indian Army saved the day.

Pending issue is 1/3rd Kashmir held by Pakistan and portion Cedede by Paksitan to China and Aksai Chin occupied by China.

You should go look up the things your officials were saying after doing your nuclear detonations, it can be found right here on this forum and they specifically referred to Pakistan.

Have you seen what your officials have been saying right from 1947. Guess who said 1000 year war even if all Pakistani needs to eat grass.

And show me anything that we have been not saying even earlier. We detonated in 70's isn;t it. What did we do. Grow up and eduacte yourself.
