Kashmir: Indian flag burnt and Pakistan & IS flag hoisted

1. Rehabilitation of Kashmiri pandits is necessary.
2. Appeasement policies are a strict no-no. I will give you the case of North Korea as an example. What they do is, in order to keep loyalty to the state and the supreme leader intact, they distribute gifts to selective group of people, each year, people who are important. Problem with that policy is, next time, that person expects a bigger gift every time. If he does not get that, he becomes unhappy. It's a costly affair and only short term.

The right way will be making the Kashmiris go to all over India and empowering them to do rather than all of India go into Kashmir..

What is stopping Kashmiris from venturing out to rest of India. There is no specific hostility directed towards Kashmiris. There are no laws restricting freedom of passage. Article 370 is what which is re-enforcing the isolation and alienation rather than the other way around.

.
I don't see the IS flag anywhere... Kashmiris love Pakistan but are severely against groups such as the IS and Al Qaeda.

WOAH, then thats different

WTF? seriously?

of course, ISIS has claimed that they'll add Kashmir to their state (along with your whole country BTW). Why don't the radicals there intend ISIS as the specific meaning? The black flag has otherwise never been seen in the valley. are you suggesting this is some kind of coincidence?

WTF? seriously?
The authorities don't care. Until they bomb some local school full of (ironically) Muslim kids. Low pro attacks like these, on the Kashmiris themselves were common after 2001, when direct Pak support (Govt or otherwise) declined. It was a desperate move, a fundraiser of sorts. A macabre one though. :(

Anyways this isn't true and LA ilaha ilal lah
Doesn't mean ISIS atleast in Pakistan
We all had these before ISIS was even formed
Pakistan ka matlab kya "la ilaha ilal la"
I never said its a good thing. All I say is the facts on the ground. I did not comment on whether it is good or bad. The facts will embarrass the Indian Govt even. I am just saying what I know. No nationalism is at play here.

Lucknow and Kashmir both will one day be free from Indian oppression. Then you can laugh all you want.
Also my beloved Independent Republic of Anantnag.

You are a resident of J&K,bro??
Yo. :agree:

India is not a secular state as you people put it. I and my relatives were stopped outside a hospital in Lucknow by Hindutva police from going into a hospital while others went inside with no problems. These little things add up and we by all means want freedom. That is our choice and our very just demand. Our blood has been divided and I speak for all my relatives left there. True some of them have been Indianized but it wont stay that way all the time.

Rehabilitation of Kashmiri pandits is necessary.
Our rehab is a secondary issue. The special status of the State has denied all their rights. The Ladakhis, the Jammuites - all face problems. Then, the Valley also faces enormous problems. There can be no legal way for anyone to directly go and even invest in there. You can't even start an NGO if you want there, directly. The rights of JnK is the right of the ruling intolerant majority of JnK. As long as the special rights are there, Pandits, Shia, Sikhs, Dogra, etc will never feel at home.
