Sorry Mate they cant because roughly 57% of non Pashtuns in Afghanistan would be Pissed off by this statement as they face danger of Severely Marginalized if this Pashtunistan madness Continue. Such thing dont exist in Pakistan rather whole Pakistan is United in Kashmir Issue as it is RECOGNIZED Disputed Territory.

Not really. KPK was given a chance to decide whether they wanted to join Pakistan. I don't see how the Afghans can claim that their Pashtun brothers want to join them when they already voted for Pakistan. Kashmir was denied that right.
