It seems the Karrar project is basically an upgrade program for the Iranian T-72s? If this is a correct assessment,then it is a wise one as its much better to upgrades those tanks rather than just keep them in the state they're in now.

they said that defence minister will unveil production line i think they want to produce new tanks and upgrade t72 tanks too in the same time

2- It is wast of money ... developing new passive and active defense system is more logical ... and probably Russian just want to use producing of T90 as a card against west .

iran has not enough sources to design or develope new tanks. the best choice is improving T-72 and chiftes. these two powerfull tanks have good firepower and durability during the battle. the only weakness is about their Armour against new threat and Fire-control system. then we will be able to have a modern comparable tank in current battlefields.

They should learn from pakistan and import everything from China and just rename it. like your CH-3 uav etc.
They were/are developing like all normal nations with an actual defense industry which of course may involve experimenting with other systems etc.

pakistan made those weapon with the help of china and every where it is mentioned and have it complete technology to produce it again compare to india where every thing have to be imported from other country

Renaming? dude like 99% of your entire military is Chinese. If want to talk about renaming, talk about renaming a Chinese CH-3 to burraq, heck you couldn't even change its paint job.
Iran is building long range air defence, AESA radars, anti ship ballistic missiles, 600ton submarines, MALE uav's etc etc. These are things you're years from being able to build. You're nowhere near Iran when it comes to indigenous military industry kid.

Iran has enough source but not enough good or even normal managers ... that's all ...
I prefer we spend money on Air force and smart weapons and smart bombs ...

Proof? Your air force is mostly Chinese, Your navy, Your tanks, Yours navy, Your missiles. Your uav etc etc. How much more proof do you need?

navy most of the ships are US or turkey submarine of france and few new submarine for TOT of chinese

cruise missile like babur which is a terrain hugging stealth cruise messile which only US and pakistan have raad modified babur missiles as far as i know china dont have MIRV which have only 3-4 war head and is not a ICBM
