Kargil strategy behind IAF chief’s tough talk (Disucssion?)

Some one from Mumbai please advise which paper is easily available on six months basis(TOI is daily delivered at my doorstep). very few papers are delivered here at door step compared to Delhi. I don't have much options. What I know they deliver TOI, Hindustan Times, DNA, The Indian Express & perhaps the Hindu also.

and those reasons were?

The reasons for IAF losses in Kargil were not mishaps and explosions but some good use of MANPADs by Pakitan Army Air Defence. Mishaps and explosion killed Indian Army soldiers.

99% of this is pure imagination and partly war mongering by the media. Someone asked him a question, what will we do if this does not stop? He said we have options. This author basically imagined what options he might be thinking. I see zero reason for IAF to get involved. It will mean escalation into war. The firing is very small reason for getting to involve IAF.

Dont know what IAF gona learn from Kargil when the rival PAF did not engage them at all-
