So three senior professional Pakistani generals have corroborated the fact that Kargil was a disaster both militarily as well as politically. But some of our Pakistani friend still insist that Pakistan won the war! [/B]They probably know more than what their own generals know!

And one of our generals said on TV that India did not manage to consolidate the gains of Kargil war (In Pakistani that translates to Indian lost the war).. So what if 3 of their generals and their Prime minister believe that it was a cluster fcuk of immense proportions.. They put the words of a criminal fugitive over them..

Its good that many pakistanis have taken a realistic view of musharraf's misadventure right after lahore.

While some of them may have an axe to grind against Musharraf, the merit of the arguments and the facts on the ground make a compelling case that only an ego fed jingo can miss.
