Karachi's NED University Alum's Startup Has Raised $190 Million to Challenge ARM's Dominance

It would be intense work but not next to impossible. The plan would be to simplify board hardware interface support to USB 3.x, speaker port, mic port, and VGA.

The OS / kernel will be hybrid ( monolithic + microkernel ).
Is this your hobby project? How many people are working on this?
Sounds too risky to be a commercial project.

At the moment there is just me but I hope to enlist two others who know of this project for some years.

In a couple of months I want to register a company for this purpose and have a website.
Good luck!

Because you want to create a new instruction set.
And especially you also want to build an eco system from scratch for it.
It requires huge amount of work(read investment here) and even the project succeed it will be extremely hard to compete existing eco systems.

It make more sense to use MIPS/RISC/ARM instruction sets for commercial project IMHO.
Maybe FPGA+RISC-V is the most practical way?
Just my 2 cents.

This is right way to present this - he is a Pakistani, the Chipset isn’t.
