Big reform is needed in police. Their uniforms should be more professionalized with cameras, and footage should be saved. A policeman shouldn't have to take out his phone to get it on record.

And after that complete authorization should be given to police, where if the other person doesn't comply, the police keeps the car locked and the car is picked up and taken away, simple as that. No need to argue with the person. If the person tries to get physical, then just arrest and they can give their explanation in jail.

Yes "lady" try doing that to a cop in the US and see what will happen to you. The traffic cop is being very courteous towards her, and she keeps abusing him. Very professional cop.
