Ya.. You are right.. They were making sure it was an innocent person so that they could go on a kill streak. You actually think that the guy who pulled the trigger actually "wanted" to shoot an innocent guy? It was an accident and horrible timing, with the city under attack from political activists running amok in extortion and robberies in broad daylight. What would you want happen? The same that has been happening with the PPP and MQM government were in power? Something has to change, and with this change has come a sad loss. The people controlling need to follow proper protocols to engage unidentified threats rather than using their military doctrine. I live in this city and I know better to read on the news and sit in telephonic jalsas to get my news. I do get around a bit more since the paramilitary have taken over. Thats a win for me.

infact i have heard DG rangers saying there are no talibans in karachi after few days when taliban blew up rangers head quarter in north nazimabad, and the police van

rangers is only operating where it faces no dangers, in areas like lyari, rangers escapes from the line of duty, i can even share you news when rangers escaped away from lyari instead of killing the gangs
