The tree that gives fruit has to be given fertilizer and water. The same is true for Karachi and also Balochistan. Pakistani Government has to spend money to build infrastructure and jobs. The private sector is the driver for jobs and the middle class keeps peace. It takes time to heal and bring things back to normal. The vibrant Karachi will easily add another $50 billion to Pakistani GDP.
