Explain to me why this deserves a negative rating. Multiple new agencies have speculated that bombings may have been revenge for non-payment of promised bribes.

This is a serious allegation levelled against folks in power at that time

It was ppp govt and specifically benazir bhuttos husband (later president) zardari who was blamed to be the one behind the whole scam.

there are two allegations - first who took the bribes, second who organized the bombings
I can believe Mr Zardari taking the bribes. There has to be other accomplices to the whole sordid affair

Given the whole drama about corruption this is as good as a case to lock people up
