Thanks for being interested in India. But let me educate you on Indian culture and affairs.

This is a Western paid news article. It is full of half-truths. For instance it says that he gave a clean chit to Koodankulam Nuclear Power Plant in Tamil Nadu despite a massive popular agitation against it. What it doesn't say is that these protests are orchestrated by Western countries such US and Scandinavian nations. These protests don't have scientific basis and the protesters are poor people who have no understanding of science and are misled by US agents like Udaykumar etc.

I believe the article was written in poor taste given the timing of it, but as usual Indians lose their mind. This shows their rigid mentality.

However, i do not agree with your post, that anyone stating facts or talking against Indians/India is a western paid person. Good lord you didn't blame ISI.

Hi Donatello, you might not have followed the entire story in the media but @Bharat Muslim is quite right. There was an investigation into this man Udaykumar who orchestrated the anti-Kod. Protests. Hundreds of thousands of Us$ went to this mans account from a university in New Jersey apparently for one article on race relations (black/white in New Jersey). This is unheard of to pay so much for one sub standard article, and anyway how much insight does a new immigrant Indian have into something as culturally insular as race relations in America.

There were continuos payments from American universities that coincided with protests. There was much more evidence -too long and tedious to go into. But it is a fact that the west uses NGOs and protest movements in non western countries as a tool for their own purposes. I think in this case US wanted to delay the K site because it was built with Russian technology.

I am sure ( in fact more than sure) that similar tactics have. Been tried in Pak too, to arm twist your compliance.
