If Afghans were invited it would have resulted in exaggerated outrageous claims made agaisnt
Pakistan. The entire meeting would have diverted from finding a peaceful solution to Afghnaistans to an on slaught of anti Pakistani propaganda by Afghanistan.

The Taliban are providing security to foreign investment .
ANA soldiers went on training in u.s.a , run from the training camp and applied for asylum in u.s.a or Canada ... their fighter pilot applied for asylum in u.s.a ........to serve and live in their country is their shame .........
The Taliban whatever you say has at least stopped the poppy farming and no production of drugs .....now the current regime and their other leaders in power completely running on drug money and foreign aid ....
Every country has ties with taliban , including iran , russia , china and even u.s.a who contact them for safety of their personals .....such a shame to ANA ......
The Taliban actually seeing daesh or IS as threat and they are fighting it instead of ANA . that has ghost soldiers who fight in papers . they used their bullets in hawai firing to sell the shells ...........
we have enough of afghan mess who somehow have illusions of dividing pakistan ......now is the time to play the final shots ......remember whatever our policy is our first policy should be to close every inch of our border with Afghanistan ......

Russia will not allow R.A.W to use, TTP which is operating from Afghanistan, to attack Pakistan. There is a major shift in Russian policy to contain Daesh, ISIL, ISIS and any group associating with them. Russia and China want to use good Taliban against these terrorists for hire groups (TTP, Daesh, ISIL, ISIS).
Why would Russia invite Afghan government which is influenced by CIA and RAW and it's allowing TTP, Daesh and ISIS to operate from Afghanistan.

now now dear not so quick ........the only problem we have with the afghan taliban is that they dont fight the ttp for us ..........deep down somewhere there is sympathy for them too .......
but most of the isis is consists of rebel factions of taliban and ttp , and afghan taliban are the only one now fighting isis ......we see ANA can do nothing .........
we actually have no choice ........afghan NDS didnt even try to co-operate with pakistan . we have given them and ashraf ghani a chance to shun anti pakistan activities , but they didnt hold that agreement .......their establishment dont want to improve relations with pakistan ........
plus isis in our neighborhood is frightening ..........last 3 attacks in pakistan are planned by isis from Afghanistan . afghans dont worry as long as isis is hurting us , they even support and encourage isis against us ........May be afghans now need isis to keep foreign forces in their country .........maybe they want to convince trump to keep American forces due to threat from isis........
but we along with russia and china need to destroy isis before it took hold ..........

Afghanistan voices displeasure over being ignored in upcoming trilateral meeting

Kabul voiced displeasure over the planned trilateral meeting between China, Russia and Pakistan on Afghanistan in Moscow on Tuesday, Tolo News reported.

Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs' (MoFA) spokesman Ahmad Shekib Mustaghni said on Monday that the agenda of the meeting was a matter of concern.

Despite Afghanistan being the focus of their agenda, Kabul was not consulted, he said.

“Talking on Afghanistan without consulting the country raises serious questions for the Afghan people. We are worried that what are the reasons behind the meeting and want the relevant parties to explain,” the report quoted Mustaghni as saying.

The parliament members (MPs), meanwhile, said the holding of such a meeting on Afghanistan, without consulting the incumbent government, is an obvious interference in internal issues.

“We are worried about holding such meetings and the security situation next year,” said Abdul Raouf Ibrahimi, speaker of the house.

“Our politicians only sit on seats, but others talk about Afghanistan in Moscow. It is shameful,” Saleh Mohammad Saleh, an MP said.

The report went on to say that the expansion of insurgents’ activities in Afghanistan, however, has always been a key concern for Russia and central Asian countries.

According to statistics from the National Security Council (NSC), nearly 11,000 foreign fighters are believed to be in the country.

“Russia and China think that America wants to settle cross-border terrorist groups in Afghanistan,” Abdul Shokor Salangi, international affairs analyst was quoted as saying..

A source from the ministry of defence also said that currently around 40,000 insurgents are active in the country, while Afghan President Ashraf Ghani had said in the past that more than 30 terrorist groups were active in Afghanistan.

Russia knows that ISIS is created by Mossad & CIA and they are supporting it.

Afghanistan is an immature nation that would waste the meeting saying all its problems come from pakistan and the so called imposed war casually ignoring how their troops have struggled and have lost 3% of control this year with Taliban controlling 37% of Afghanistan as well as the govts failure on curbing their finances which come from donors from Arab states as well as from opium rich provinces of uruzgan and Helmand ( which are massively under their control ) and on top of it all they also control mine rich districts of badakshan ( a place where they had no presence before). With casualties of over 15000 and deaths of over 6000+ barking about pakistan would only mean the meeting failed. Afghanistan would be invited if it was mature enough.

Secondly the topic will cover ISIS who are the morphed from of TTP which the afghan intelligence and afghan government harboured in a bid to use them against pakistan only for them to become ISIS and start targetting afghanistan. Its only then that afghanistan realized what a massive blunder they had made.


For the success of the meeting and for a fruitful logical plan to emerge afghanistan cannot be there.

Having seen Afghan War their condition when they were kicked around, their history and their current behaviour. Pakistan should just stop providing any support to them, stopping all cross border movement and let them deal with their own problems. Clear Pakistan from any and all Afghanis whether registered, not registered or illegally obtained CNIC. They should be hunted and moved to Afghanistan. Mr Zia allowed them a share in Pakistan's economy and they played havoc with it without paying any taxes. Pakistan should get out of this war. This land has curse on it. They have been fighting through out history ever since. There has never been peace there.
