Can't really be building that much in terms of institutions and infrastructure if more and more Afghans are still coming in massive droves to Pakistan. Pakistan's control and manipulation of the Taliban ended in 2001 when nato invaded. The world's most powerful military would not allow any manipulation or control by Pakistan.

I'm starting to despair. The more we want to get rid of the Afghans the more they want to come to our country. If CPEC even lives up to 50% of it's potential than watch the mass tidal waves of Afghans swamp Pakistan. That's my biggest worry. I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions please?

Yes Pakistan has received lot money from the united states but the majority of US assistance to Pakistan is from the Coalition Support Fund which is reimbursement to Pakistan for expenses already incurred and compensation for facilities made available to the coalition forces such as the Shamsi Airfield and Dalbandin air bases by Pakistan. Covering the expensive of the refugee camps burden camp down on the Pakistani Economy. "Wake up with empty pockets"... ever since the lowering of funds to Pakistan our Economy had pick up quite a pace. Inflation is at a 10 year low,our federal reserves are rising, the defense budget increased. Hopefully the CPEC can be the icing on the cake.
