Thats like asking can we afford MIRV its not a choice its a necessity

LOLZ the indian army ...even with its limitations in regards to food packets is performing an admirable job ... than the pakistan army which seems clueless.....first with osama bin laden hiding right next to them ....now with all the terrorists blowing themselves up in the heartland of pakistan on a daily basis...tsk tsk.....

Looks like yer army well fed and is provided with the best food in pakistan ......maybe thats why its not getting off its fat behind to stop all dem terrorists.
