Another panama case.Not declaring UK properties owned by his wife and kids.

Is the property in UK is his family wealth (وراثت) OR هذا من فضل ربي?

Justice Faiz Isa is another Justice Shoukat; both made attempts to ensure that the establishment stayed out of Judicial matters. Justice Isa gave a hard decision on the Mullah dharna of that fake mullah who curses a lot against the involvement of Military in that dharna and distribution of money by Army officials to dharna participants. He had ordered the Army to take strict action against the Army officers who were found distributing money to dharna participants and against those involved with the dharna in any way.

As to the case against him, he is perhaps 1 of the very few who come from a known, respected and wealthy family; highly educated and known to be one whose decisions are based on merit devoid of political leaning. I guess that makes him a liability because he is neither going to bend under blackmail nor can he be bought with money. He is most certainly a traitor.

The Army isn't independent and has given into American demands numerous times, even betraying Pakistan's best interests.

Unfortunately, civilian institutions are even worse.

So, till civs can get their act together and a true meritocratic setup is in place, the Army should remain beyond civilian control.

But all the Civilian institutions are directly or indirectly under the Army or have to take dictation. That means that the Army has to start an accountability process from within and once it fixes itself, it can fix all the other institutions, leading with the Judiciary.

Pakistani agencies could not trace the properties.Bad luck it was OECD who informed the PAK govt about him and another judge from Sindhi High court.
