No brother look in different way. CJ was sort of symbol of rebel and Nawaz took right step by aligning himself with opinion of general public.

Musharraf must be tried for his illegal deeds and if found innocent in the court he can be exohonorated. What was mediated through Saudi Arabia has nothing to with sovereign law of Pakistan. Also all the allegations of corruption made againsts the politicians and ISI must be fully investigated and truth revealed if Imtiaz was lying then should be punished. On the contrary if ISI was involved in internal politics and contract killings then must be punished. Utherwise nothing will change. SC court should establish non partisan Truth & Justice commission to investigate these allegations.

If Chaudry is such a good person, then why did he illegally made Civil Services Examiners, to give high scores to his son in order to admit him in DMG group. And what good has he done by becoming Chief Justice. Has he changed court laws that the cases shouldn't prolong more than six months. I have witnessed by my own eyes Murder Cases prolonging for ten years. What rubbish judicial system is this? And why didn't he do something to change it?

Indeed the law should apply to all - and in that spirit, shall we allow the CJP to escape trial as well? After all, did he not swear an oath under PCO???????

Why should a law apply to only one person? What manner of law is that???? Is it law or vendetta???

Will Majlis have to assert itself before the CJP who imagnes that he makes laws instead of applying them:

ISLAMABAD: Parliament’s Special Committee on Constitutional Reforms on Wednesday agreed to broaden the scope of Article 6 to allow for the trial of those, including judges, who provide legitimacy to military takeovers and any abrogation of the constitution in the future.

“The committee has agreed to broaden the jurisdiction of Article 6 in an attempt to block any future adventurism. The people who will provide legitimacy to the any takeover in the future will be held responsible for abrogation of the constitution,” a member of the committee told Daily Times on condition of anonymity, without clearly naming the judiciary’s role in the matter.

To a question on the committee’s progress, he said it was beginning its deliberations and had so far reviewed the first eight articles of the constitution.

Earlier, talking to reporters, committee Chairman Raza Rabbani did not give a timeframe for the completion of the committee’s review but said everybody “was cooperating and the committee’s work was moving in a positive direction”. He said the committee was moving ahead by keeping in view the interests of constitution and the federation.

Rabbani said the committee would continue deliberations until next week.

ایک شخص عدالت میں 17 قتل کا اعتراف کرتا ہے تو جج صاحب فرماتے ہیں کہ "یہ ان سے کہلوایا جا رہا ہے یہ تو شکل سے ہی معصوم لگتا ہے " ۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ کہہ کر بری کر دیا۔۔۔۔۔!!!

لیکن ایف سی کے کمانڈر صاحب عدالت میں بیان دیتے ہیں کہ " ہم نے کسی بلوچی کو اغواء نہیں کیا نیز ہم عدالت کے علم میں یہ بات لانا چاہتے ہیں کہ بلوچستان میں ایف سی کے جوانوں اور پنجابیوں اور پاکستان کا نام لینے والوں پر حملے ہوتے ہیں اور انکو قتل کیا جاتا ہے "۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔!!
تو سپریم کورٹ کے جج صاحب فرماتے ہیں کہ" اگر حملے ہوتے ہیں تو اسکا یہ حل نہیں کہ آپ انہیں اغواء کر لیں "!!!!!!!! یعنی وہ جج جو فیصلہ کرتا ہے وہی مدعی بن کر الزام لگاتا ہے

That struggle not for free judiciary because if it was for free judiciary then Iftikhar Chaudhry who had taken oath on PCO and validated dictators amendments in constitution couldn't be restored ..................

on what charges was he removed?!
